Prior to that, he was Director of Sales and Marketing at Chicago Metallic, a provider of metal solutions for the building industry. Throughout his career in the metal fabrication industry, Richard has been an advocate and spokesperson on the topic of improving production performance. He is a member of the Industrial Laser Council of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association (FMA).
