Title: Customer Support Member
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Description: Serve as point-person for Customer Support activities, coordinating customers, and all internal teams. Provide primary front-line call center customer service and support via the Internet and phone.
Requirements:
- English level – very strong, as mother tongue preferable.
- Other languages – a plus.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Natural PC user
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and strong service orientation.
- Effective and creative in Problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases
- Able to work independently. Always on the initiative.
- Prior experience in customer support is a must
Title: Software Engineer
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Description: Be part of the Plataine R&D team, developing multi-tier systems, distributed systems, applications, and GUI, using Microsoft development environments.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in computer science from an accredited university (preferably TAU, Hebrew University or Technion) with an excellent GPA
- Experience in Object Oriented Development (.Net, C++ or Java)
- Experiencein one or more of the following is a plus: .Net 3, COM, XML
Title: QA Engineer
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Description: Be part of the Plataine QA team, testing multi-tier systems, distributed systems, applications, and GUI, using Microsoft development environments.
Requirements:
- Technological orientation, familiarity with computers and software in Windows environment
- A degree in computer science or EE (B.Sc./"Handesai") or relevant army background (e.g., 8200) are a great advantage
- Programming knowledge and/or experience in QA is an advantage
